"More and more women are becoming targets, after the divorce courts, the children become easy targets for round two of the child procurement industry, through another branch of government inequity, with departments like the CPS, who farm out contracts and fostering to private accredited corporations. Strangely enough some of these belong to attorneys and politicians. Same as old folks homes, seems as if they don't get you on the way into the world, they certainly will help you on the way out, guess what we find CAS, and GAL's there too, appointed to administer estates, savings, competence etc, until of course the clients no longer have money left, then they are turned over to charity homes.
So when we do think long and hard we should all realize our own government has learned to make money out of childrens misery, why, the answer is quite simple, just like pets they have no legal status other than property, and the state assigns itself the majority shareholder. Most employees of the CPS are degreed initiates of womens studies courses, wouldn't know one end of a child from another, hate males, children and women with children, and love cash bonuses, I believe the going rate for an emergency foster placement is 9k per child. Children showing distress or problems as a result are elevated to other cash incentives, and medical bonuses. A tremendous amount of taxpayer dollars are up for grabs ! So always remember there are more dimensions to family courts than just divorce, custody and children, it is a very special business practised by a very private corporation called the ABA, who strangely enough are the only people who can license attorneys."

Andrew T. Renouf committed suicide on or about October 17, 1995 because he had 100% of his wages taken by the Family Responsibility Office, an agency of the Government of Ontario, Canada. He asked for assistance for food and shelter from the welfare office and was refused because he had a job, even though all of his wages were taken by the Family Responsibility Office. Andy was a loving father that hadn't seen his daughter in 4 years.

Federal government has a yearly incentive pot 'o gold of approximately $500,000,000 (yes that's right, HALF A BILLION DOLLARS), which every state competes for. The amount each state receives out of the pot depends on their performance (how many custody orders, paternity orders, child support orders, etc that they rule on, and how much of the child support they collect). So, let's assume that all states "perform" equally as "well", they are set to get approximately $10,000,000 (ten million dollars), each per year. If they stopped ordering child support, or stopped paternity fraud, they would miss out on that pot 'o gold.

On the state level, Oklahoma receives the 10% they tack on to the monthly child support arrearage. Figure the typical child support amount is approximately $400-$500 a month... the state gets at least $40-$50 per month from EACH non-custodial parent in the state for EACH payment the non-custodial parent is late with.

The state also takes their cut out of child support for collecting the support. The state has secured this income by making a law which states that wage-assignment MUST be ordered in every custody/paternity case...(Section (B) of 43 O.S. 115)... (The state's cut of money is more important than "the child's best interest", and even more important than the child's life).

There is law upon law regarding child support and child support enforcement...
One such federal law is best described by it's title... TITLE 42 > CHAPTER 7 > SUBCHAPTER IV > Part D > 666 http://www4.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode42/usc_sec_42_00000666----000-.html - Requirement of statutorily prescribed procedures to improve effectiveness of child support enforcement.
I don't think it was just a coincidence that 666 is contained in the title, for it is the devil of the laws with regards to custody and families. It is the main law that is controlling, encouraging, and financially empowering the individual states to create and pass laws that help with the destruction of families.
But there are little-to-no laws with regard to visitation and visitation enforcement.
One again, we find that the monies are of extremely higher importance than the true "best interest of the child" which the laws, courts, and states claim it is REALLY about...
When will the lies cease and when will people take notice of the reality?
The states are encouraging the destruction of families, for their own financial gains.
We always get to hear about the "deadbeat dad" who doesn't pay child support... but when do you hear about the "deadbeat mum" who denies the father contact with the children?
or the "deadbeat mum" who receives the child support, but still continues to neglect the needs of the children, putting her own needs first?
The "deadbeat dad" notion was created to increase the hysteria that men are evil, and should be kept out of the lives of their children...
Time & time again, the evidence points to custody being awarded based upon financial gains...
Time & time again the proof is staring everyone in the face...
But, time & time again, people of the world will not stand up to make a change in the system.

5. Address the Root Causes of Crime
The root causes of crime are no mystery. As Peter Greenwood, a criminal justice expert with the RAND Corporation explains, "We know the risk factors for violence and what creates it. Kids being born into poverty, to parents who can't take care of them." It is our current social welfare system that has created the risk factors that breed crime.
Nearly all social scientists agree that there is a direct link between out-of-wedlock births and social problems such as crime and drug abuse. For example, one study found that children raised in single-parent families are one-third more likely to exhibit anti-social behavior. Another study found that, holding other variables constant, black children from single-parent households were twice as likely to commit crimes as black children from a family where the father was present. With the rate of out-of-wedlock births now over 22% among white women and over 60% among blacks, increased violence and crime is virtually inevitable.
At the same time, social scientists link the skyrocketing rate of out-of-wedlock births with the availability of welfare. The Department of Health and Human Services found that a 50% increase in welfare benefits led to a 43% increase in out-of-wedlock births. A second study found that an increase in welfare benefits of $200 per month per family increased the rate of out-of-wedlock births among teenagers by 150%.
This is not to say that a woman will choose pregnancy as a means to go on welfare. But, by removing the economic consequences of out-of-wedlock births, welfare has removed a major incentive to avoid pregnancy. A decade ago Charles Murray called for a radical solution to this problem, "scrapping the entire federal welfare and income-support structures." Time has shown Murray to be right.
Consider another factor: government schools that fail to provide young people with the skills to earn a living in today's world. The statistics on American education are bad enough overall, but in America's inner cities public schools have failed completely -- dropout rates exceed 50% and those who complete school are often unable to read their diplomas. The public schools are "monopoly bureaucratic institutions, politically controlled in districts so large as to be virtually immune from political pressure, certainly pressure from uneducated and unorganized parents."
While wealthy and middle-class parents can escape failed school systems, either moving to better school districts or sending their children to private schools, poor parents and their children are left behind. Only by guaranteeing every parent the right to choose their child's school can we improve the opportunity for inner city children to get the education and skills necessary to have a future besides crime.
But, even with adequate skills, poor inner city youth often cannot find work because government tax and regulatory policies have so limited the opportunity to start a business or create jobs. We must offer inner city youths hope for a future other than crime. This means repealing regulations and taxes that stand in the way of entrepreneurs who seek to open new businesses or expand existing ones.
Poverty, poor family structure, and lack of educational opportunity are not excuses for crime. But, we would be hopelessly naive to believe that we can solve our crime problem unless we act to alleviate those conditions."
